Yummy Baked Brie With Honey & Pistachios

Warm, gooey, cheesy deliciousness. This baked brie will have everyone salivating (if not drooling) for more. So, you may just want to double up on your ingredients next time you do your weekly grocery shop!

Perfect communal comfort food and goes down a treat, an easy peasy recipe, simply bake for for 25 mins then top with pistachios and honey..

Total Time: 30 Mins | Prep Time: 5 Mins | Cook Time: 25 Mins


  • 1 (6- to 8-ounce; 170 to 225g) round Brie
  • ¼ cup lightly salted pistachios (2 ounces; 60g), roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Using a sharp knife, score top rind of cheese in a crisscross pattern, spacing cuts about 1 inch apart.
  2. If cheese came in a wooden container, place it back in container (without any other packaging), then set on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet. If it came in cardboard or other wrapping, place cheese directly on parchment-lined baking sheet, without any packaging. Bake for 20-25 mins until the top is soft to touch.
  3. Top with chopped pistachios and drizzle with honey.

Rest for 5 minutes, then serve with sliced baguette and sliced pears. Happy eating!
